Roeshan is recognised for his sharp advocacy and strategic handling of complex disputes, with a strong focus on employment and industrial relations, commercial litigation, fraud, and debt recovery. He has successfully acted in numerous full trials and appeals before the Civil and Industrial Courts of Malaysia, representing clients ranging from high-profile individuals to SMEs and multinational corporations.
A graduate of Cardiff University with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Certificate of Legal Practice from the Legal Profession Qualifying Board of Malaysia, Roeshan brings both academic rigour and on-the-ground experience to every matter. He is known for anticipating the other side's moves, framing the facts to maximum advantage, and pressing for decisive outcomes, whether across a negotiation table or inside a courtroom.
Beyond his litigation work, he maintains a robust pro bono portfolio and regularly conducts workshops, seminars, and talks on employment law, workplace discrimination, and access to justice.
